Converts output pulse counts from rotary encoder or other equipment into voltage. It has the same shape as the DA series dynamic strainmeter, so the unit can be mounted in the special carrying case or mounting rack for a multi-channel configuration. In addition to DA series combination, the converter can also be combined with an LTW type wheel torque transducer to measure tire rotation speed.
